Ms. Yanni graduated from Mount Holyoke College, magna cum laude, and from Northwestern University School of Law. She is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia, the States of Maryland and Illinois, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, as well as An International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers. Ms. Yanni received the 2008 American Immigration Lawyers Association Edith Lowensein Memorial Award for Excellence in Advancing the Practice of Immigration Law.
Ms. Yanni is a former President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, a national organization of nearly 11,000 attorneys. She received President's Commendations in 1998, 1999, and an award for Outstanding Service to the American Immigration Lawyers Association as 1995 Annual Conference Program Chair. Ms. Yanni frequently lectures and writes on immigration matters. As a member of its Board of Trustees for 8 years, Ms. Yanni actively supports the American Immigration Law Foundation, a non-profit educational and service organization.

Ms. Quigley acts as the office manager and special assistant to Ms. Yanni. She earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Management Studies at the University of Maryland University College (Adelphi Maryland), and has extensive experience in office management and as a legal secretary. Ms. Quigley also serves as a volunteer mediator at the Community Mediation Center of Charles County.
Spenser has been the "man behind the scenes" since July of 1997. In the time he has been with us, Spenser has become an expert in all aspects of immigration and Ms.Yanni's most loyal aide.
